Important Notice

Please read these Terms of Service carefully. These terms govern your access to and use of the game service and may affect your legal rights. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be legally bound by this agreement.

Article 1. Modifications to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this agreement. The updated agreement will be notified through in-game announcements or official website notices. If you continue to access or use our services after the effective date of the update, you are deemed to agree to the revised agreement.

Article 2. User Eligibility and Accounts

1. Natural persons are eligible to access our services. By accessing and using the services, you represent and agree that you have the legal capacity to accept this agreement in your jurisdiction.

2. If you are a minor (under 18 years old, or below the minimum age prescribed by relevant jurisdiction laws), you must obtain consent from your legal guardian or parents before using the services.

3. You are responsible for managing your account and keeping your login information confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities under your account.

4. If you use the services without registering an account, we may create a guest account for your device. Game progress, purchase records, and related benefits of guest accounts may be permanently lost.

Article 3. License to Use the Service

Subject to your agreement and full compliance with this agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

We may, at our discretion, revoke the above limited license and restrict or terminate your access to the services.

Article 4. Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods

1. Virtual currency, virtual goods, and paid content in the game are only licensed for use; you do not own them.

2. Virtual currency or paid content does not represent any cash or stored value and cannot be redeemed for real currency, goods, or services.

3. All sales of paid content are final and non-refundable (unless otherwise required by applicable law).

4. The company prohibits the transfer, sale, gifting, or trading of virtual currency, virtual goods, or paid content outside of the service.

Article 5. User Code of Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following behaviors:

• Harm, harass, or offend others;
• Register an account using another person's identity;
• Use the service for fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation;
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks;
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, crack, or bypass security measures of the service;
• Create or use cheat programs, bots, macros, scripts, or automation tools to gain unfair advantages;
• Operate unauthorized servers or emulators;
• Collect or obtain other users' personal information;
• Sell or transfer accounts or virtual goods;
• Upload illegal, harmful, obscene, violence-inciting, or IP-infringing content;
• Use the service in any other way inconsistent with this agreement.

In case of violations, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, remove virtual currency or goods, and provide no refund.

Article 6. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the service are owned by or licensed to us. Without our prior consent, you may not copy, distribute, edit, publish, broadcast, translate, or otherwise exploit any content in which we own intellectual property rights.

Article 7. Suspension and Termination

1. If you delete your account or we terminate it, you may lose access to data associated with the account (including levels, scores, and virtual currency/goods).

2. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service according to game operation policies, with or without prior notice.

3. For service content that has been discontinued, we are not required to provide refunds or compensation (unless otherwise required by applicable law).

Article 8. Privacy Protection

We will collect, store, use, and share your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You should read the Privacy Policy carefully.

Article 9. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any express or implied warranties. You assume all responsibility and risk for using the service. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Article 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits, data loss, or loss of goodwill arising from the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the service fees you paid to us in the six months prior to the claim event.

Article 11. Notifications

We may send you notifications via email, in-game messages, official website announcements, or push notifications, including updates, promotions, and new game information.

Article 12. Third-Party Links

The service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse these third parties. Your access to third-party services is at your own risk.

Article 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the game operating company is located. Disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a court of competent jurisdiction.

Article 14. Miscellaneous

1. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us.

2. If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

3. Our failure or delay in exercising any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

4. You may not assign any rights or obligations under this agreement without our prior written consent.
